Delivery
Order Confirmation
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email including your order number. Delivery times via Colissimo or UPS generally range from 2 to 7 business days, depending on order volume. In all cases, the maximum delivery timeframe does not exceed two weeks from the order date.
Delivery Times
Shipments are processed Monday to Friday. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

These delivery times are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed. A reasonable delay does not constitute grounds for order cancellation or refund.
Delivery Commitment
Following order confirmation, Laska commits to handing over the purchased items to its carrier within a maximum of 7 business days. The carrier is contractually responsible for delivering the order to the address provided by the customer.
Taxes and Customs Duties
For deliveries outside mainland France, the customer is solely responsible for the payment of any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges applicable under the laws of the destination country.
Liability
Goods are shipped at the recipient’s risk. Customers are advised to inspect their parcel upon delivery. Any claim related to damage or loss must be submitted directly to the carrier within 48 hours of receipt.
Shipping Fees
All orders are shipped from Paris (3rd arrondissement) via Colissimo or UPS. Once dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
International Shipping
Laska ships worldwide. International shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout according to destination.
Product Information
Laska makes every effort to present its products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or display differences. Laska cannot be held responsible for such discrepancies.
